You can purchase diva Gift Cards online to be used at our online store or in any diva store. Gift cards are only redeemable in the country or on the website it was purchased on. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months and are not redeemable for cash. You can purchase a gift card to the value of $10 to $300.
Unfortunately we cannot replace, track or be held accountable for lost or stolen cards. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your card, please email us immediately at online@diva.net.au - we will try to cancel the Gift Card and issue you with a new one. Please note we can only apply this if the gift card has not been used.

If you have any trouble placing an order online, please contact us and we’d be glad to help.
To purchase an item click on the “Add to Bag” button. If you wish to purchase more than one of an item, simply enter the number in the “Qty” box, and then click update to see a new total cost.
If you wish to remove any items from your cart, simply click on the shopping bag item to view your shopping cart and click on the ‘x’ located next to the product in your cart.
When you have finalised your selections, click checkout.
Once you have finished your order an order number will be displayed and a receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide. Please note that payment is automatic. If your payment is declined you will be notified immediately.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to advise your order has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact online@diva.net,au as soon as possible, including your order number in the email.

Please choose your preferred payment method of VISA, Mastercard, PayPal & diva Gift Cards.
Note: New Zealand customers should shop at www.diva.co.nz and will view and purchase in AUD. Australian and all other international customers will view and purchase items in AUD from www.diva.net.au.
diva Gift Cards:
You can use your diva Gift Card at our online store. Simply select the “Pay Via Gift Card” option at checkout, and enter the Gift Card number and PIN; this payment option will notify you if you do not have enough funds in the gift card and will give you the option to pay the remainder via our other payment methods. We gladly cater for bulk purchases, and depending on the quantity, items and value, can offer bulk purchase discounts on some occasions. If you need to order bulk quantities for a dance group, choir, hen’s night, conference or event. Please contact us as we’d love to help.

Please note that we only use aggregate information, so individuals are never identifiable. We use cookies as a tool to ensure that the correct data is being sent to your computer. No personal details are contained in the cookie, and they are not used to retrieve any personal information.

We take the security of our customer’s details very seriously. We use proven technology and security measures to ensure the highest level of protection. Any information that you send to us in encoded with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This encryption process ensures that prying eyes are unable to decode your personal data when it travels from your computer to ours. You can tell your browser is in secure mode in the checkout by looking for the padlock icon in the bottom corner of your browser window. Please note your payment details are kept securely by your payment gateway, we do not store your payment details.

We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase if you change your mind, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product, or if the product is faulty. If you change your mind, the product must be in original condition of purchase (i.e. not worn and on original diva tag).
In store returns:
Items purchased online can be returned in any diva store. Return the item/s and receipt to your local/most convenient Australia or New Zealand diva store.

Return of Faulty Product:
You can return a faulty product to any of our diva stores by taking in your product and receipt for a full refund, or exchange. If you wish to return the product via our online store, please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form. We will refund your return postage cost from your original payment.
