- We offer flat rate delivery and packaging prices for all orders, which means that you pay the same low price whether you purchase 3 items or 30 items. The shipping price is determined by the country your order is being sent to, and the speed of the delivery service selected.

Australia Post regular parcel delivery by road (Not tracked) - $3.99 AUD (free for orders over $80.00)
Express Air Delivery with Australia Air Express (Tracked) - $8.99 AUD
Want it Now Service:
- The Want it Now service is now available to all customers within the Sydney metropolitan area - starting from $10.50 (depending on your postcode). From the time your order is placed, it only takes 3 hours for your order to be delivered to you. From our Sydney warehouse to your front door in 3 hours- this is fashion e-commerce at its very best!

International Air Mail (Not tracked) - $6.99 NZD
DHL Express (Tracked) - $28.99 NZD
Deliveries of Goods to the Rest of the World:
International Air Mail (not tracked) - $9.99 AUD, flat rate (free for orders over $80.00)
DHL Express (Tracked) - starting from $24.50 AUD. DHL Express service is offered to all counties, prices and shipping times are available at checkout page. If your country does not appear but you would like to use DHL, please contact online@diva.net.au
- Any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser, however most countries allow internet purchases below a certain value to be imported free of duty and tax. diva will pay the freight charges for returning and replacing a product in the event it is faulty (please see Return of Faulty Product for details.) If you would like or exchange items that are not faulty, please send them back to us and we will gladly send the replacements at our expense.

- Shipping times for Australian Orders:
- Australia Post ($3.99 AUD)
- orders are dispatched from Sydney with Australia post’s regular parcel mail service. This is not a traceable service and items will be trucked by road. Australia Post estimates the following delivery times to Australian Capital Cities:
Sydney Metro - 1-2 business day from time of posting
Canberra – 1-3 business day from time of posting
Melbourne – 2-4 business days from time of posting
Brisbane - 2-4 business days from time of posting
Adelaide – 3-5 business days from time of posting
Perth – 4-7 business days from time of posting
Hobart – 4-7 business days from time of posting
Darwin – 4-7 business days from time of posting - Please allow extra time for regional areas.
- Express Air Delivery ($8.99 AUD)
- is sent via Australian Air Express, this is a traceable service and you will be given a tracking number. Delivery to suburban areas of capital cities will typically be next business day after posting. NSW regional destinations are typically next business day. Other regional areas are typically 2 business days after posting; however some towns are up to 5 business days. Please click here to confirm delivery time to regional destinations, note we post from BROOKVALE, NSW 2100. Please allow extra time during peak periods like December.

- orders are sent via Australia Post. Your orders will arrive within approximately 4-10 business days from time of posting. This is a non traceable service.
DHL Express ($28.99 NZD) - orders will arrive within 1-2 business days from time of posting. This is a traceable service.

We estimate international orders to New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom will take approximately 7-15 business days to arrive after posting. For all other countries, orders will take approximately 2-8 weeks to arrive after posting. This is a non traceable service. Please note that shipping will be delayed during Australian Public Holidays.
DHL Express (starting from $24.50 AUD) - is offered to all counties and takes between 1-6 business days after posting, depending on your country. - In an Australian first, diva is proud to now offer ParcelPoint, a handy service for customers who are often out during the day.
We are currently offering the ParcelPoint service FREE for a limited time!
(It's usually $2.95 in addition to your shipping charge)
We know what a pain it is when you receive a calling card from the postman. ParcelPoint gives you the option to send your order to a store near you, such as your local convienience store or newsagency, for collection when it suits you.
You'll never miss another delivery!
ParcelPoint checkout Instructions:
- Choose ParcelPoint at checkout step 1.
- Select a convenient pickup location. Choose from hundreds open 7 days or late.
- Select your shipping method (Standard delivery or express) and complete checkout.
- Receive an email or SMS you when your order arrives.
- Pickup when it suits you.
You will have 7 days to collect your order from your selected ParcelPoint. It will be held for up to 14 days, but there is a late fee ($2.95) if you collect after 7 days.
- If you are in a hurry to get your order, please email online@diva.net.au to let us know and we will gladly do our best to ensure it is posted in the same day’s mail.
- To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we pick and pack orders each business day. In most circumstances this means that orders placed before 2pm Sydney time will be posted that same day.
No items are processed on weekends or Australian Public Holidays as our mail and courier partners do not operate on these days.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email notifying that your order has been shipped.
