We want to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We post all our orders from Sydney. Australian Customers will be given a choice of Regular Shipping ($3.99), Express Shipping ($8.99), or 3 hour "Want-it-Now" delivery (Only Available in Sydney). We also deliver internationally to all countries.

We offer ParcelPoint with any Australian shipping method you choose. ParcelPoint is a handy service for customers who are often out during the day. You can now send your order to a store near you, such as your local convenience store or newsagency, for collection when it suits you. Select ParcelPoint during checkout and choose from hundreds of pickup locations open 7 days or late. You'll receive an email or SMS (you choose) when your order arrives. ParcelPoint is currently FREE for a limited time (usually $2.95 in addition to your shipping charge).

Regular shipments ($3.99) are sent via Australia Post as a regular parcel. These parcels will mostly travel by road and no tracking is available. Delivery is usually within 2 to 6 business days after posting. Please allow extra time during peak periods like Christmas and for delivery to remote areas. Value shipping purchases are not traceable.

Express shipments ($8.99) are sent with StarTrack Express and will arrive 1-3 business days after posting, depending on the destination. Please note this option is not available for delivery to PO Boxes. Delivery to suburban areas of capital cities will typically be next day after posting with Express Shipping. Express shipments to a PO Box ($16.53) are sent with StarTrack Express and will arrive 1-3 business days after posting, depending on the destination. Please allow extra time during peak periods like Christmas. Your parcel will be traceable with a tracking number.

3 hour "Want-it-Now" delivery is available to Sydney customers and pricing varies by suburb from $10. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed and delivered the following morning.

International shipping is available to all countries ($9.99). We will send your parcel via International Air Mail which can take 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your country. There is no tracking available. International orders can also be sent by DHL Express & TNT Express. Prices start from $24.50, delivery typically takes 1-3 days, depending on your country, and all shipments are tracked. Please email online@diva.net.au for further information.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact our team and we'll do our best to ensure it happens.

We gladly accept returns of any products purchased online. You can return products to your local Australian or NZ store or post them to our online store. Products that are unworn or faulty can be returned for a refund or exchanged with original proof of purchase. Items purchased online in countries other than Australia or NZ can be returned only via the diva online store.
