Shipping & Delivery
How much does delivery and handling cost?

We offer flat rate delivery and packaging prices which mean that you pay the same low price whether you purchase 3 items or 30 items. The shipping price is determined by the country your order is being sent to, and (for Australian customers) the speed of the delivery service selected. Our standard shipping prices are listed below, however check our “Shopping Cart” page to see any current shipping promotions.
Gift cards only: Australia and Worldwide: $2.99 AUD. New Zealand: $3.49 NZD.

Value Shipping - $4.99 Australian Dollars (AUD), flat rate
Express Post eParcel - $8.99 AUD flat rate
Deliveries of Goods to New Zealand
International Air Mail - $9.49 NZD flat rate
Deliveries of Goods to the Rest of the World
International Air Mail - $9.99 AUD, flat rate. Any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

diva will pay the freight charges for returning and replacing a product in the event it is faulty (please see Return of Faulty Product for details).

The customer will incur the freight charges for re-delivery of exchanged products and this will be charged to the original payment method.

When will my order arrive?

If you have a special occasion and/or you need your order within a certain time, please call 1300 348 228 (within Australia) or +61 2 9938 3311 and ask for our web store team to discuss how we can get your order to you in time.

It is important to note there are two factors that combine to influence when your order will arrive:

   1. Order processing time, and
   2. Shipping time

Shipping time only begins once your order has been processed. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours on weekdays, however we aim to process and ship all orders received before 1pm Sydney time (weekdays only) on the same day, except where items are out of stock. We aim to process and ship all orders placed after 1pm, the next business day. No items are processed on weekends or Australia Public Holidays.

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of your item, your order will be processed within 72 hours.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email notifying that your order has been shipped.

Australian Orders – Shipping time:

Value Shipping is sent by Australia Post Regular Parcel Post from Sydney.
Australia Post estimates the following times to Australian Capital Cities:
Sydney Metro - 1 business day from time of posting
Canberra – 1 business day from time of posting
Melbourne – 2 business days from time of posting
Brisbane - 2 business days from time of posting
Adelaide – 3 business days from time of posting
Perth – 4 business days from time of posting
Hobart – 4 business days from time of posting
Darwin – 4 business days from time of posting
For destinations outside of metropolitan capital cities, please visit Australia Post’s website here to search. Please use 2100 as the “from” postcode.
Value Shipping is not a traceable service.

Express Post eParcel is sent using Australia Post’s eParcel Express Post Service and offers next business day delivery (from time of posting) to customers within the Next Day Network of Postcodes.

New Zealand Orders – Shipping time:
New Zealand Orders will arrive within 4-10 working days of posting and are sent by International Air Mail. This is a non traceable service.

All Other Countries – Shipping time:
We can ship to all countries worldwide.
We ship by International Air Mail. This is a non traceable service
We estimate international orders will take 7-12 working days after the shipping date.
(For deliveries to Italy and other countries where Customs delays are common, please allow 2-8 weeks)

Please note that shipping will be delayed during Australian Public Holidays.

We are committed to your privacy and security. We will only collect personal information if you make a purchase, and this information will not be released to a third party. We will not collect personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it. We do use your information to help us understand our market, this is so we can improve our service to you, the customer. Please note that we only use aggregate information, so individuals are never identifiable. We use cookies as a tool to ensure that the correct data is being sent to your computer. No personal details are contained in the cookie, and they are not used to retrieve any personal information.

Security Policy

We take the security of our customer’s details very seriously. We use proven technology and security measures to ensure the highest level of protection. Any information that you send to us in encoded with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This encryption process ensures that prying eyes are unable to decode your personal data when it travels from your computer to ours. You can tell your browser is in secure mode in the checkout by looking for the padlock icon in the bottom corner of your browser window. Please note your payment details are kept securely by your payment gateway, we do not store your payment details.


Returns & Replacements

Diva will gladly exchange or refund your purchase if:
You change your mind, or are not 100% satisfied with the product, or the product is faulty.

Return/Exchange of product for change of mind:
If you change your mind, the product must be in original condition of purchase (i.e. not worn and on original diva tag).

To return your item to one of our stores: Return the item/s and receipt to your local/most convenient Australia or New Zealand diva store.

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of the product you would like to exchange for, your order will be processed within 72 hours (weekdays). Please return the item/s in the original packaging to ensure they arrive in original purchase condition.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item. Unfortunately diva will not be held accountable for any items lost in the mail. diva will pay the freight charges for returning and replacing a product in the event it is faulty (please see Return of Faulty Product for details).

Return of Faulty Product:
You can return a faulty product to any of stores by taking in your product and receipt for a full refund, exchange for the same style, or exchange for another product. If you wish to return the product via our online store, please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form. diva will process your return within 48 hours of receiving goods (during business hours, see Shipping & Delivery). We will refund your return postage cost from your original payment.

Gift Cards

You can purchase diva Gift Cards online to be used at our online store or in any diva store. Gift cards are only redeemable in the country or on the website it was purchased on.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months and are not redeemable for cash. You can purchase a gift card to the value of $10 to $300.
Unfortunately we cannot replace, track or be held accountable for lost or stolen cards.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your card, please email us immediately at online@diva.net.au - we will try to cancel the Gift Card and issue you with a new one.
**please note we can only apply this if the gift card has not been used**

Order Cancellations

You can change and cancel your order while you are shopping online; simply remove it from “Shopping Cart”.

Ordering
When you see an item you like, click on the “Add to Cart” button. If you wish to purchase more than one of an item, simply enter the number in the “Qty” box, and then click update to see a new total cost. You can continue shopping by selecting the “Continue Shopping” button, or you can complete your order by selecting the “Checkout” button. Follow the checkout process. Once you have finished your order an order number will be displayed and a receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide. Please note that payment is automatic. If your payment is declined you will be notified immediately. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to advise your order has been shipped.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Please choose your preferred payment method of VISA, Mastercard, Paypal & diva Gift Cards.

VISA & Mastercard
Once you have placed your order the total cost of your order will be immediately charged to your credit card.
Please Note: New Zealand customers should shop at www.diva.co.nz and will view and purchase in NZD. Australian and all other international customers will view and purchase items in AUD from www.diva.net.au.

Paypal
Once you have placed your order with Paypal, Paypal will automatically withdraw the funds from your account. Please note, if you do not have funds in your account, your order will not be processed.

diva Gift Cards
You can use your diva Gift Card at our online store. Simply select the “Gift Cardrdquo; payment option, and enter the Gift Card number and expiry date; this payment option will notify you if you do not have enough funds in the gift card and will give you the option to pay the remainder via our other payment methods. To check your diva Gift Card balance, go to “Gift Card” at the bottom of the home page and follow the prompts.
